1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
• Metro cities may receive orders faster.

3. Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders:
• ₹100 standard shipping.
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
• COD charges: ₹70 (non-refundable).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment.

5. Delays

• Unexpected delays may occur due to festivals, strikes, weather conditions, or courier issues.
• Studio Sparkle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

6. Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct.
• In case of an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Returns & RTO

• If the parcel is returned due to missed delivery/incorrect address, reshipping charges will be applicable.
