Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting returns.
Each order is packed with love and care but sometimes items may get damaged while in transit.
In the event your Jewellery is defective or has arrived damaged, we will replace the item as long as we are contacted within 24-48 hours of receiving the delivery and with an unboxing video. If the item is out of stock, we will only be able to provide a credit for the item minus shipping costs.
